*Once sent, from the transport company's tracking email you can select delivery at a collection point instead of at home for shipments with GLS.

Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees or taxes which, in any case, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
At CREU we are committed to carrying out the procedures and preparing the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management. All orders placed before 8:00 in the morning will be processed and shipped the same day. In the indicated delivery time, the order preparation times are already established.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
During Black Friday, Christmas, Easter and sales, orders may be delayed due to the high volume of work of transport companies.
Cancel/modify an order
You can cancel or modify the order as long as it has not started processing. To manage it, contact info@creushop.com and specify the order number to cancel or modify and what products you want to change or add to the order in the latter case.
Track my order
You will receive two emails when your order has been shipped. One from us notifying you of this and another from the carrier, attaching the tracking link so you can track it. Additionally, if you have placed the order from your CREU account, on our website you can locate the tracking link and all the information related to your purchase within “my account” in the “my orders” section.
Sometimes, sent emails end up in the spam or promotions folder. Also check the email used to make the purchase, especially for payments with Apple Pay/Google Pay, since the email assigned to your Apple Pay/Google Pay account is recorded.
Physical store
You can now pick up your orders in our Studio by choosing the ‘Pick up in shop’ option when you make your purchase. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection, within a maximum of 24 working hours.
You can also try on the pieces we have available in the CREU Studio. If you are looking for or would like to try on something specific, write us by email, WhatsApp or Instagram, and we will prepare it for your visit.

Make an exchange or return
At CREU we offer 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to make an exchange or return.
For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of earrings, piercings and ear cuffs are not accepted.
The products in the “Archive Sale” category belong to the clearance campaign, so returns or exchanges of any of the purchased products will not be accepted.
The options are the following:
- Exchange it for another product of the same amount.
- Exchange it for another product of greater value and pay the difference.
- Exchange it for a lower priced product, and we will refund the difference with a voucher with no expiration date.
- Request a return and receive the total amount of the product in a voucher with no expiration date, never shipping costs.
In any case, it is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise, no exchange or return can be made. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at CREU in perfect condition. It is recommended to use the original packaging in which you received your order.
The cost of the exchange/return for Spain is 4€, for Europe 10€ and for the rest of the world 22€. The new shipping costs must be paid.
If you have received a defective, wrong product or you are missing a product, contact us within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the order to info@creushop.com.
Material and care
At CREU we work mainly with noble materials: 925 Sterling Silver and 18K Gold plating. All our Sterling Silver designs are available with 18K Gold plating and 925 Sterling Silver plated with rhodium (silver and gold color).
We also have a stainless steel line with gold designs.

Warranty and repairs
All our jewelry has a 2-year warranty from the day your order is delivered. The warranty will only apply in cases where there is a manufacturing defect and the damage was not caused by misuse.
The jewelry undergoes an exhaustive quality control, so for guarantees requested after 15 days of receipt of the purchase, the team will study and evaluate the case and, if the conditions are met to proceed with the guarantee, it will begin the replacement of the jewel.
At CREU, great care is taken in the designs, mostly made of fine silver, and they are worked with top quality materials. Out of stock jewel
We replenish stock of all our sold-out pieces weekly, except for limited collection designs and clearance products, you will find the information in the product description.
We recommend that you subscribe to the out-of-stock product to receive a notification when it is back in stock.
Payments
Payments are accepted by credit and debit card, PayPal, Bizum, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We also offer payment in installments with SeQura. +info
Cash on delivery payments are not accepted.

We have designed our packaging with love, that's all we can tell you so you can enjoy your purchase without spoilers.
