How do I book an appointment?
Choose a day and time that suits you, complete the intake form and we will send you a confirmation email with the details of the appointment, exact location if in person or link if online. Each appointment lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time using the booking confirmation email, free of charge. You will also receive an email reminder prior to your appointment. If you need to make changes, you can do so by following the instructions in the reminder email.
